Artist Entry Form

Titchfield Preview Evening :

Friday 10th April 2026 7:00pm to 9:30pm


Open to the public:

Saturday 11th April 2026 from 10:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday 12th April 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm


The closing date to enter is Friday 13th February 2026, but we may close earlier once all spaces are allocated.


PLEASE CHECK YOUR ENTRY AS YOU GO AND PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU PRESS SUBMIT TO PAY THAT YOU CANNOT GO BACK THROUGH THE FORM TO MAKE AMENDMENTS.

Preparation of your artwork

All work that is to be hung in the show must be ready to hang when it is delivered to us.

In order to be suitable for our hanging system we ask that all artwork is prepared with cord at the back for hanging, no picture rings, mirror plates or picture wire please.


Delivery of work for the show

To enable us to hang your work for the Show, you must drop off your work to us at Titchfield Community Centre on either:


Thursday 9th April between 5:30pm - 7:00pm or Friday 10th April between 9:00am - 10:30am


You do not need to tell us which day you will be coming, unfortunately we cannot accept any work outside of these sessions.


Collection of work after the show

You must collect any unsold work between 5:00pm - 6:00pm on Sunday 12th April. We are not able to hold artwork as the centre is fully booked after this time.


Please note, collection will open 1 hour after the Show has closed, we are unable to hand work back earlier as we have to complete checks to make sure that all the work is accounted for and our sales records are correct. Please be patient and support the team of volunteers to look after your work and ensure the smooth running of the show, doors will remain closed for security until 5:00pm.


Commission on sales through the Show

A commission of 25% is taken on all artwork* sales during the Show.


*Commission is not taken on greetings card sales.


Payment for any sales made at the Show


After the Show we will process payments to artists who have sold work as quickly as we can but this will be within four weeks. Payment will be made by bank transfer and you will need to provide your bank details either when you drop your work off or when you collect any unsold work at the end of the Show.

Wall Art

 

You can exhibit up to 3 items to be hung on the wall in the Main Hall/

Meon Room. Wall art can be a framed piece of art, a box canvas, a piece of ceramic or glass art or maybe something else. Please note if your piece is weighty or deemed fragile then we may ask you to hang it yourself. If your piece is deemed unsuitable for the show we reserve the right to decline entry on that piece. In addition, If your work does not have the appropriate cord for hanging, we reserve the right to decline entry on that piece.


The cost is £2.50 per item.

The size limit for wall art is 70cm x 50cm landscape or portrait (including frame if relevant).


If your work is a larger size than 70cm x 50cm, heavy or delicate then please get in touch with us on tacsenquiries@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.


For wall art that is up to and including 70cm x 50cm (landscape or portrait) please complete the next section below.

You are able to exhibit up to 6 Miniatures (smaller original artwork which is no larger than 15cm x 15cm including frame if relevant).

Greetings Cards (Maximum of 25 cards). Please note the cost is the same if you do not choose to enter the maximum number

Greetings Cards: Cards must be labelled with a price and clearly marked with your name. If this is not completed we will not be able to accept your cards. Please price cards in multiples of 50p and if possible keep to a single price to help us with admin.

Private View Tickets (Friday 10th April 2026)

The Private View (PV) is 7:00pm - 9:30pm. Please note this is a ticketed event which must be purchased in advance. Please support us if you can as all proceeds go to charity.
