Preparation of your artwork
All work that is to be hung in the show must be ready to hang when it is delivered to us.
In order to be suitable for our hanging system we ask that all artwork is prepared with cord at the back for hanging, no picture rings, mirror plates or picture wire please.
Delivery of work for the show
To enable us to hang your work for the Show, you must drop off your work to us at Titchfield Community Centre on either:
Thursday 9th April between 5:30pm - 7:00pm or Friday 10th April between 9:00am - 10:30am
You do not need to tell us which day you will be coming, unfortunately we cannot accept any work outside of these sessions.
Collection of work after the show
You must collect any unsold work between 5:00pm - 6:00pm on Sunday 12th April. We are not able to hold artwork as the centre is fully booked after this time.
Please note, collection will open 1 hour after the Show has closed, we are unable to hand work back earlier as we have to complete checks to make sure that all the work is accounted for and our sales records are correct. Please be patient and support the team of volunteers to look after your work and ensure the smooth running of the show, doors will remain closed for security until 5:00pm.
Commission on sales through the Show
A commission of 25% is taken on all artwork* sales during the Show.
*Commission is not taken on greetings card sales.
Payment for any sales made at the Show
After the Show we will process payments to artists who have sold work as quickly as we can but this will be within four weeks. Payment will be made by bank transfer and you will need to provide your bank details either when you drop your work off or when you collect any unsold work at the end of the Show.
